A major upgrade was carried out on Old Habitat – Benin Road, with the focus on reshaping and compacting a 0.71 km stretch to enhance road quality and safety. This crucial project aimed to improve road conditions, which had deteriorated over time, affecting road safety for motorists and pedestrians.

The project involved using machinery to reshape the road, removing potholes and uneven surfaces that posed a risk to roadusers. Additionally, compacting the road foundation was an essential step to strengthen its structure, ensuring better durability and reducing the need for frequent repairs in the future.
