In a significant step toward strengthening emergency healthcare delivery, the District Chief Executive (DCE) Hon Olivia Benitl has officially handed over the newly renovated office of the Ghana Ambulance Service to the District Ambulance Command.
The brief meeting took place at the refurbished facility, where the DCE commended the contractors for their quality workmanship and timely completion. He emphasized the Assembly’s commitment to ensuring that frontline responders operate in a safe and efficient environment.
Receiving the keys, the District Ambulance Officer expressed heartfelt appreciation, noting that the upgraded office will enhance coordination and overall service delivery to the community.
The event was attended by officials from the District Assemblyand health professionals all of whom lauded the initiative as a vital investment in public health and safety.
