The people of Asikuma-Odoben-Brakwa received 30 hospital beds and 5 delivery beds for safe maternal delivery.

The DCE Hon. Isaac Odoom explained that the beds come with adjustable head and leg rest which will make free and easy movements among others and will also help in swift delivery at the various health centres in the District.
